I met Dr Meenakshi for a complete psychiatric evaluation.

She gave me an assessment test and I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and separate depression.

After this, I started my therapy sessions with Dr Meenakshi, depression, and anxiety caused, various other issues for me such as self doubt, lower self-esteem, social anxiety. Performing day to day tasks were also challenging for me.

Dr Meenakshi started addressing my issues slowly and patiently she advised me to follow some exercises and give me some tasks to do which were very small but gradually it made a huge impact in my overall condition as well as my day to day life.

She asserted positive thoughts and instilled self-confidence in me again, which was completely lost. She encouraged me to put effort where my fears were.

I could see visible changes in myself as well as my life, for a person who was struggling with every day life. I am now thinking of rebuilding my career and to start a work of my own.

Dr Meenakshi is a thorough professional, Kind, and empathetic.

I have OCD for almost 3 years which started with panic attacks and rumination during Covid. Finally, read about Doctor Rajput on Practo and reading the reviews gave me hope that what's left of my problem will also be cured. I consulted him physically the first time and he seemed to be in a hurry. I did not think of it much at that time. Initially, he suggested having a psychiatric assessment done which I did and was diagnosed with dysthymia and mild OCD. ********* **** ** * ***** ******* * *** *** **** ********* ** *** *** ********** ********. The doctor then prescribed medicines after looking at the report and I took them for only 3-4 days. The quality of my sleep was good despite my mental condition. I consulted him again. He lowered the dose and stopped one medicine. I told them my condition *** ***** ***** ****** *** ******** *** they just told me the doctor is not available that day and an appointment only the next day is possible. Thankfully, after stopping te medication completely I am almost back to what I was before********* ***** *** ** *** ********** *** *** ** ***** ** **** * *** ** ***

Having lost both my parents by the age of 24 , there was lot of remorse and loss to be dealt with , feeling incapacitated by the loss , yet wanting to deal with it this time around post my father's death , I chose to seek help, dr. Meenakshi was recommended by my friend , and since our first session , she has been a constant companion through this journey of me dealing with my grief. So much so that , after our sessions I realised the importance of therapy , now both my brother as well as my aunt seek regular sessions

Dr changed my life. She not only understood the depth of my problem but also kept it professional and crisp with the methods that she gave me. These methods increased my spectrum to the point where I could say that I can train my mind on my own. As a person who has been to various psychologists in the past, this was definitely a game changer for me. If it was up to me I would not have recommended her because I want to keep her for myself. However, she is a gem which deserves to shine for everyone. Her calm demeanor and empathetic listening skills along with practical solutions have helped me cope up with my problems earlier than most therapists or doctors could help me. First of all Dr. Meenakshi is a believer. Her communication skills are way beyond the expectations as she connects really well with her patients. She is a great listener and allows you to open your mind or heart out. She always focusses on the brighter side of an individual which eventually helps in overpowering the negatives. One can never feel burdened while speaking to her infact the person feels relaxed while sharing their issues. She has the ability to ignite hope in a depressed person, also she plans the areas of improvement very systematically and her calm, composed and friendly nature does the icing on the cake. One should consider himself/herself lucky if Dr. Meenakshi is treating him/her. Strongly recommended.

I have been visiting the doctor for some time now and I can say that with each visit I have an improved mental health and the each consultation I had with her has been a real satisfying experience. My mental health improved with each visit and with time I could feel the improvement. The doctor connects with you really well and gives you the appropriate recommendations that's needed. I called the clinic on wednesday to ask about appointment and I requested that I can be before time but due to a medical condition I can't wait ..the person at reception assured me that doctor will come at 3 and he gave me no 1.today I reached clinic at 2:50 and on reaching there I saw there were couple of people sitting...I requested the person at reception to let me see the doctor at 3 or atleast inform him because doctor knows about my case.The receptionist was rude and insensitive and bluntly told me there are 4 patients before you so you have to wait...I asked him why he gave me appt for 3 then and he just went away from there...pathetic coordination .Though the doctor is good but I had to come back without meeting doctor because of the guy at reception.Pleas take this as feedback
